Fue la peor experiencia que mujer tan grosera no se que hace una persona como ella en atención al clientePosted on Tim MTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Towed me less than 10 minutes after I got a ticket at 2AM. Towed very far away and took a couple hours to even be able to find where it had been taken.Posted on Leslie StolsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were broken down in Boston from New York in a shuttle bus. Jody helped us not only arrange the tow truck in a holiday but offered to help find a repair shop. I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and disrespectful customer service I experienced. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed to have no interest in resolving my issue. Instead of assisting me or offering any courtesy, they acted as if I was a burden. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. I expected better treatment and basic decency—something severely lacking in my interaction with Todisco Towing. I won’t be recommending their services to anyone.Posted on Sandra GyauTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Grace was the sweetest and super helpful during a stressful situation!Posted on ElvinTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Towed (or rather, stole) my car AFTER street cleaning hours had ended. Now, Todisco towing cars illegally parked during street cleaning hours is fine (that’s their job). I wouldn’t complain if that was the case. However, I followed the times on the street sign perfectly and yet my car was still taken. I’m expected to pay up when I followed the law?Posted on E Luis VarasTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Astrid is unprofessional and should get fired. Never told me they’d charge me 130 if I used triple a to get my vehicle out until triple A came.Posted on Will TalebianTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My car was towed for street sweeping violations. According to Massachusetts law, the legal amount a towing company can charge is $132 plus $35 per day for lot storage. Additional fees may be assessed, but they must be reasonable and justified. THIS COMPANY CHARGES $50+ per vehicle owner to send "Certified Mail" confirming they have possession of the vehicle. They DO NOT provide the required 24-hour notice before sending this mail. If your car remains overnight, that alone is sufficient for them to charge you an extra $100 for two certified letters. The employee at the counter informed me that I needed to pay the full bill before I could see an itemized receipt. I would only have the "privilege" to see what I was paying for after the payment went through. I believe this violates consumer protection laws that require businesses to provide clear pricing information before requesting payment for services. This company also charges 3.7% to use a debit card. Having worked as a merchant services provider for a local bank, I know the law strictly prohibits companies from profiting off transaction fees. This company is either illegally taking profits from card processing fees, or they have chosen an extremely poor processor to circumvent existing regulations. Even the city never charges above 3% for similar services. If this company can justify the itemized costs - labor, paper, printing, and certified mail expenses - that total $50+ per letter, I will reconsider this review. However, if they cannot legally justify charging over $100 to consumers for a service that costs under $20 to provide, I will proceed with the case already pending with the Transportation Oversight Division regarding these business practices. The Transportation Oversight Division already has this information on file. If the company claims they use USPS services, I'm prepared to involve them in this matter as well. The confusing explanations and evasive answers feel more like a circus act than professional business practices. Long story short, on 6/8/25, my boyfriend and I had just finished putting all my things into storage after an exhausting weekend, and as we were filling up the U-Haul with gas, the truck suddenly wouldn’t start. Completely dead. It was the last thing we needed, and we were overwhelmed and stressed. That’s when we spotted Joey across the street and asked if he could help and honestly, I don’t know what we would have done without him. Joey went above and beyond. He immediately stepped in, assessed the situation with so much patience and care, and stayed with us the entire time. He even spoke directly with U-Haul roadside assistance on our behalf, making sure we were taken care of and eventually towing us safely back to U-Haul. What could have been an incredibly frustrating and chaotic situation felt so much lighter thanks to Joey’s presence. He was calm, kind, helpful, and clearly knew what he was doing. I felt completely safe and supported in his hands. Joey is the kind of person who restores your faith in people—he truly made a huge difference in our day, and we are beyond grateful. He deserves every ounce of praise, recognition, and all the raises! Thank you so much, Joey. You were a blessing.Posted on Stacey GeotisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Although it was a wait, Paul our tow truck driver was worth it. He was quick, knowledgeable and personable. Thank you Paul!
