Is it weird to leave a positive review after you get your car towed for street cleaning? Maybe. But I just have to say that the woman and man who I spoke with in the office were really kind and made me laugh--something you don't really expect to be doing as you pay your towing fees. I don't hope to ever see them again in that situation, but if they start doing standup comedy in Boston, I'll open my wallet back up. THANK YOU MITCHELL! Amazing, fast, and professional service. Hit a huge pothole on Storrow Drive and completely wrecked the front tire. Massachusetts State Troopers sent out Todisco and they were at my car in 10 minutes. Mitchell was so kind and informed us of every step of the process. He knew the closest and most convenient tire repair shop to our home. While flat tires are never fun, Mitchell made the experience so much easier. We were also able to pay with card right in the truck, making it much more convenient.
The man at the desk was very nice, in a very stressful situation for me. And one of the drivers helped me get my sons handicap equipment out that I couldn't get out, very nice guy.
